Looking for a unique place where the peace of nature, mediterranean charm and plenty of space come together? Rent a stylish farmhouse near Brno that can accommodate up to 28 people but is also suitable for smaller groups. This spacious house with 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (6 apartments) is decorated in a minimalist style inspired by mediterranean villas and is located in the quiet village of Nuzířov next to serene forests, making it ideal for relaxation and various events.
The farm is a perfect place for family celebrations, teambuildings or larger social events. It has a spacious barn adapted for large events, a huge kitchen with a capacity of up to 28 people, a bar seating area in another barn, outdoor and indoor toilets and parking spaces for 12 cars inside the building. Enjoy the harmony of nature, cozy design and plenty of space for all your needs.

Big barn
The outdoor barn is the ideal venue for all types of events, from celebrations and photo shoots to corporate events. It is equipped with warm lighting that creates a pleasant and festive atmosphere. With a capacity of up to 100 people, it provides plenty of space for larger groups. There are 16 tables, more than 60 chairs and electrical outlets located along most walls, ensuring maximum flexibility for technical facilities, catering or decorations.
Outdoor dining
Our outdoor seating area by the grill offers the perfect backdrop for summer evenings and social events. The space includes an outdoor kitchen with running water, which makes it easy to prepare meals on site. The pleasant seating area is complemented by warm lighting, which creates a cozy atmosphere late at night. There is also a metal fire pit, which can be easily moved around for barbecues or romantic sitting by the fire. In front of the seating area is an outdoor dining table.
Kitchen
The kitchen is the heart of the farmhouse and offers all the facilities needed for comfortable cooking and dining in larger groups. The space is dominated by a long table for 14 people, to which another table can be added to increase the capacity to 28 seats. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cutlery for large events. For quick and easy cleaning, there are two dishwashers available. There is also a spacious refrigerator and a childrens highchair.
Bedrooms
The farmhouse rooms offer comfortable and flexible facilities for up to 28 people. There are 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms (6 apartments). Also on site are 2 toilets seperate from bedrooms for greater comfort. For larger groups, it is possible to use extra beds and mattresses, which can be placed in the living room or bedrooms, for example.
Each room is equipped with individual temperature controls, so each guest can customize the environment to their needs. A cot is also available for families with children.
Parking
Parking at the farm is convenient and safe with 12 parking spaces located inside the premises, 5 of which are covered. Additional vehicles can be parked in front of the entrance or along the fence right next to the entrance. We ask guests to respect the locals wish and not park elsewhere in the village.
Yoga and Pilates Studio / Workshop Room / Home Theater
Our new multifunctional room serves as a yoga and pilates studio, workshop space and home cinema – all thanks to its modular design, which allows it to be transformed in just a couple of minutes. For yoga and pilates classes, the room is fully equipped for 14 people: meditation cushions, bolsters, blocks and high-quality mats are available. For comfortable movement, the ideal capacity is max. 14 people, with a maximum capacity of 16. For workshop activities, it provides space for up to 30 participants. There is also a three-meter projection screen and short throw projector which allows for presentations directly infront of the screen.
The farmhouse, which will serve as a self-development and educational center, is inspired by the Greek Odyssey, which symbolizes a journey full of challenges, learning and discovering new horizons. Just as Odysseus faced many obstacles on his long journey, this farm also offers space for personal growth, development and mutual cooperation. Each participant can thus perceive their stay as their own journey - full of discoveries, pushing boundaries and new skills. The minimalist design of the farm is designed to provide guests with a calm and inspiring environment that helps to "clear their heads" and focus on deep thinking and creative processes. In the future, we plan to place artworks in this space that are intended to stimulate and kick-start the participants' thinking, support their reflection and open new perspectives. This harmonious space connects inner peace and challenges that help discover new possibilities and develop the potential of individuals and groups, thus creating an ideal environment for each participant's personal "journey", similar to Odysseus on his journey full of discoveries and challenges.
