Electricity consumption​​

During the off-season (October - April), we have set a lower rental price to compensate for the higher electricity costs due to heating. Thanks to this, the prices for off-season and in-season rentals are approximately the same.

The electricity consumed will be charged at the end of the stay based on a comparison of the electricity meter before and after the stay. Thanks to the installed electricity usage monitor, we are able to accurately determine the consumption so that guests pay only for their actual electricity consumption. Our farmhouse is heated with electricity by an electric heater - for the winter season 2026/2027, we plan to install a heat pump, which will significantly reduce the costs of heating.
In winter time, you can expect electricity consumption for a weekend rental for 18 people to be around 5-6 thousand CZK. In autumn and spring, around 3-4 thousand CZK. In summer, 1000-1500 CZK. When using our sauna, the estimated electricity prices will increase.

Minimum number of nights and daily/hourly rental​​

Our farmhouse can be rented either for multiple days or as a one-day/short rental based on an hourly rate. As a rule, a stay is for a minimum of 2 nights, but we are happy to rent the farmhouse for 1 night for an additional fee. 1000,- CZK fee for cleaning outside areas in season​​

During the season (May - September) we charge a one-time fee of 1000 CZK for the entire stay for the use of outdoor areas - i.e. outdoor toilets, large barns and barbeque area. The reason is that in the off-season the potential of the farmhouse, especially its outdoor areas, cannot be fully utilized. During the season, the fee is used to cover the cleaning and maintenance of the outdoor areas.

Payment

After creating a reservation, an invoice for 1/2 of the booking price will be issued. For educational stays such as retreats, courses and workshops, an invoice of only 5000 CZK will be issued after booking (2 months before check-in the first 1/2 invoice will be issued).

The invoice for the remaining payment will be issued 2-3 weeks before the arrival date together with a security deposit of 5000 CZK, which serves to cover any damage to the furniture and structure (The refundable deposit will be sent back immediately after the end of the stay and payment of the invoice for consumed electricity).

Other important information for price list and payments​​

  • We accept EURO (the price is calculated based on the exchange rates of the Czech National Bank day of issuing invoices).

  • On national holidays weekend prices apply.

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellation of the stay more than 60 days before the arrival date = full refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellation between 60-30 days before the arrival date = cancellation fee of 5000 CZK.

  • Cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date = cancellation fee of 1/2 of the rental price.

Weddings

Unfortunately, we are no longer able to host weddings. We value our relationships with our neighbors and community, so we have decided to fully focus on our core mission, which is hosting self-development/educational courses and corporate teambuilding. Thank you for your understanding.

Equipment and amenities

Yoga/Pilates studio, workshop room, cinema:

The room is fully equipped for yoga and Pilates classes: meditation cushions (16 pcs), bolsters (16 pcs), blocks (32 pcs) and high-quality Kaia yoga mats (10 pcs) are available. There is also a three-meter projection screen and a projector (with built-in Google TV) with a short throw projection distance. For seating, we have either futons with meditation cushions or standard wooden folding chairs (60 pcs) and cushions.

Large Barn:

The outdoor barn is the ideal venue for all types of events, from yoga/pilates lessons and photo shoots to art exhibitions. It is equipped with warm lighting that creates a pleasant and festive atmosphere. With a capacity of up to 50 people, it provides plenty of space for larger groups. There are 16 tables, more than 60 chairs (with cushions) and electrical outlets every wall, ensuring maximum flexibility for technical facilities, catering or decorations.

Kitchen:

The dominant feature of the space is a long table for 14 people, to which another table can be added to increase the capacity to 28 seats. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes for large events. For quick and easy cleaning, there are two dishwashers. There is also a spacious refrigerator, coffee machine (beans) and a practical child seat (2x). Rooms and bathrooms:

The bathrooms are fully equipped with towels, shampoo/conditioner and hairdryers. There are also 2 foldable cots including mattresses.

Commercial rental

Commercial rental of the farmhouse is considered to be any event with more than 25 people where the renter is a company or other formal grouping. Furthermore, commercial rental includes the promotion of products and services other than the educational event itself (with any number of participants). For example hosting a yoga course, where in addition to the yoga lessons themselves, there will be a photo shoot of products associated with the instructor or sponsor. In such a case, the purpose of the rental is not only the educational event, but also the promotion of another product. We will be happy to work with you to promote the product by creating an individual price list.

The price for commercial rental of the facility is determined individually, based on the number of people, booked nights and type of event. If you are interested in commercial rental, please contact us for a specific price quote.

Room layout

  • 6 apartments (8 rooms), 5 bathrooms, 2 outdoor toilets

  • Our accommodation is ideal for small (10-15) and large groups (up to 34 people).

  • Prevalent single beds or bunk beds are a great solution for educational events where participants may not know each other . However, we also have 2 double beds available for couples.

  • We also have a 3-room apartment designed as a tutor room, with separate sleeping arrangements for men/women in 2 rooms and a private bathroom. The 3rd room serves as a quiet workspace when you need to take a break from the participants :) or discuss the next day's agenda.

House rules

Quiet hours - At our farmhouse, we value peace and good relations with our neighbors, and therefore we ask our guests to limit noise in the outdoor areas after 10 p.m. We are located in a quiet village, where nighttime silence is particularly important. However, parties and celebrations can continue without any problems inside the house with the doors closed, where they will not disturb their surroundings. Thank you for understanding and respecting this rule, which helps to maintain a pleasant atmosphere with our neighbours.

 

The best rule of thumb for how to celebrate at our farmhouse is to imagine that you live in our village and have to meet our neighbors every day :). Nevertheless, we have prepared basic rules for you regarding noise reduction:

  • Hard liquor is not allowed (ex. vodka, rum) - cocktails, wine and beer are completely fine

  • After 22h noise must be reduced in outside areas

  • Guests that are not staying overnight at the farmhouse are asked to leave before 22h

  • Check-in at the Farmhouse is possible only up to 22h.

  • Music can be played only inside the house. Exemptions are for educational/ exercise purposes and for children

  • Maximum number of guests is 35 (applies also to guests who are not staying overnight at the farmhouse)

 

Smoking - Smoking is prohibited inside the entire farmhouse complex. You can find several ashtrays outside.

Pets - Pets are welcome at our farmhouse. We only ask that owners clean up after their pets in the garden. You can use bags provided in the kitchen for this.

Candles - Candles are not allowed to be used throughout the property, except for ceremonies or to enhance the atmosphere during yoga in the common room and barn. At the end of each activity please immideately put out the candles.

 

Changing shoes - We ask guests to use either the provided slippers at the entrance or bring their own. We kindly not step on the carpets with your shoes. Thank you for your understanding.

Early check-in - If you are an organizer that needs to arrive earlier than the agreed check-in time and prepare the premises before the arrival of participants, it is possible to arrange an earlier arrival from 12h. Earlier arrival of organizers than the official check-in day is possible only with prior arrangement and for an agreed fee (depending on the number of people and time of arrival). It is not possible to stay overnight at the farmhouse in a tent or in a car/caravan before the official stay begins. 

Parking

Parking at the farm is convenient and safe with 12 parking spaces directly inside the premises, 5 of which are covered. Additional vehicles can be parked in front of the entrance or along the fence right next to the entrance. We ask guests to respect the wishes of the local residents to not park elsewhere in the village.

How to get to here

We strongly recommend arriving by car. Another convenient transportation option is taking a taxi (Bolt, Uber, Liftago), which will take you from the Brno Main Railway Station for 450-550 CZK. For the return trip, you must order a taxi via the app for a specific time or call a taxi company in the area.

 

If you decide to travel by public transport, the best connection is from the Brno Main Railway Station. Take the S3 train towards Křižanov, get off at the Čebín railway station after about 30 minutes. From there, change to bus number 320, which will take you to the Malhostovice Nuzířov stop. From this stop, it is only a 100-meter walk to our farmhouse. The total travel time by public transport is about 1 hour.

Check-in/out

Check-in process:

The check-in process is self-service. On the day of arrival you will be sent a code to open a key box. Check-in is normally from 2pm and check-out till 11am (for educational and exercise rentals till 2pm). Check-out is also self-service.

GDPR

Information on the processing of guests' personal data:

Based on EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as GDPR), we are providing you with information about the processing of guests' personal data in connection with your stay. This is data that you provide to the accommodation provider for registration in the guest book. The data is also used to fulfill legal obligations towards the Municipal Office, the Foreigners' Police and the Tax Office. We do not intend to transfer your personal data outside the EU or to any international organization. Providing personal data for accommodation purposes is a legal requirement, the subject is obliged to provide personal data based on § 3 odst. 4 zákona o místních poplatcích. If this data is not provided, it is not possible to accommodate the data subject or draw up an accommodation contract. You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority. European Data Protection Board, Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).

Purpose of processing: /Accommodation services/

The legal basis for processing, which is imposed on the accommodation facility by law or other legal norm – this is processing carried out on the basis of the legal reasoning referred to in čl. 6 odst. 1 písm. c) Obecného nařízení (GDPR), i.e. necessary processing. The accommodation provider is obliged to keep the registery of accommodated guests for a period of 6 years from the last entry.

 

Scope of personal data processing:

The following data is processed from subjects: name and surname, address of permanent residence or place of permanent residence abroad, ID card or travel document number, duration of stay, purpose of stay.
