Parking
Parking at the farm is convenient and safe with 12 parking spaces directly inside the premises, 5 of which are covered. Additional vehicles can be parked in front of the entrance or along the fence right next to the entrance. We ask guests to respect the wishes of the local residents to not park elsewhere in the village.
Check-in/out
Check-in process:
On the day of arrival, you will be sent a code to open a key box. The box is located to the right of the main large turquoise gate. After opening the box, please encrypt the code and close the box after removing the keys. Then open the small door on the gate, turn the wooden log, lift the stop and you can open the gate and drive in. Before or during your stay, please fill in the guest book with the details of each of the guests staying.

Before leaving, please close all windows and lock all doors. We also ask that you return the kitchen to its original condition before your departure. When leaving, please repeat the check-in process: open the box, leave the keys inside and encrypt the code. Close the box again after use. Thank you for following these steps.
House rules
Quiet hours - At the farmhouse, we value peace and good relations with our neighbors, and therefore we ask guests to limit noise in the outdoor areas after 10 p.m. We are located in a quiet village where calmness during the night is particularly important. However, parties and celebrations can continue without any problems inside the house with the doors closed, where they will not disturb the surrounding area. Thank you for adhering to this rule, which helps to maintain a pleasant atmosphere between neighbors.
Smoking - Smoking is prohibited inside the entire farmhouse complex. You can find several ashtrays outside.
Pets - Pets are welcome on the farm. We only ask that owners clean up after their pets in the garden. You can use bags provided in the kitchen for this.
Cleaning - We ask tenants to return the kitchen to its original condition before departing. Of course, the cleaning service will take care of all other areas :).
Cancellation policy
An invoice for half the accommodation price will be issued 30 days prior to the date of stay. Guests may cancel their reservation up to 7 days prior to the first day of stay for a full refund of the accommodation deposit. If the reservation is canceled less than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, half of the accommodation price will not be refunded and will be considered as a cancellation fee.
Pricing / Payment options
Off season (from October 1 to March 31):
The price for accommodation and rental of all areas of the farm is set at 15,000 CZK per night. On weekdays (from Tuesday to Thursday) the price per night is 13,500 CZK . The minimum stay is 2 nights .
In season (from April 1 to September 30):
The price for accommodation is set at 16,500 CZK per night. On weekdays (from Tuesday to Thursday) the price per night is 15,000 CZK . Renting the large barn during the season is charged a one-time fee of 1,000 CZK for the entire stay . The minimum stay is 2 nights .

The price for accommodation also includes the price for consumed electricity, which is based on the guests' consumption during their stay . The consumed electricity will be charged at the end of the stay based on a comparison of the electricity meter before and after the stay, so that everyone pays only for their actual consumption. The farmhouse is heated with electricity.

A prepayment invoice for half of the accommodation price will be issued 30 days before the date of stay. The remaining part of the accommodation price will be charged 3 days before the date of arrival (more about our cancellation policy). Please note that we are not VAT payers.

Explanation of the price list:
We expect lower demand for accommodation on the farm during the winter months, which is why we have decided to reduce the price per night. We are also aware that during the winter there is a higher consumption of electricity for heating. We reflect this fact in our off-season price list.
During the high season we charge a one-time fee of 1000 CZK for the use of the large barn and not during the off-season. The reason is that in the off-season the potential of the farm cannot be fully utilized, especially its outdoor areas. During the season the fee is used to cover the cleaning and maintenance of the large barn. Thank you for your understanding.
Commercial rental
Commercial rental of the farmhouse is considered to be any event with more than 20 people where the renter is a company or other formal grouping. Commercial rental also applies to situations where the rental of accommodation is associated with the purpose of earning income from the participation of guests. Commercial rentals include, for example, filming, workshops, courses or company parties with more than 20 people.
The price for commercial rental of the facility is determined individually, based on the number of people, booked nights and type of event. If you are interested in commercial rental, please contact us for a specific price quote.
Weddings
Odysea Farmhouse, with its romantic setting, is the perfect place to hold weddings! However, there are a few key things to keep in mind if you are interested in hosting your dream wedding here:

We are primarily building the farmhouse as an inspiring place for education, self-development and artistic expression. It is so important for us to maintain good relations with our community and neighbors, which is why we want to organize a maximum of 2 weddings per month during the season and limit the number of people at one wedding to 40. If you are planning a smaller wedding with a community and cozy atmosphere, then our farmhouse is the right place for you!

Weddings fall under a different price category , please contact us for a price list. The price includes an on-site coordinator, chairs/tables and tableware (including plates, glasses, cutlery and tablecloths for 40 people. No decorations) and 2 nights accommodation (the 1st night is meant only for accommodation for people preparing the wedding).

A family celebration of up to 25 people without the essentials of a wedding (ceremony, photographer/videographer, wedding catering and band, etc.) falls under the normal price category for vacations.
How to get to us
We strongly recommend arriving by car, or by taxi or minibus. If you decide to travel by public transport, the best connection is from the Main Railway Station in Brno. Take the S3 train towards Křižanov, get off at the Čebín railway station after about 30 minutes. From there, change to bus number 320, which will take you to the Malhostovice Nuzířov stop. From this stop, it is only a 100-meter walk to the farm. The total travel time by public transport is about 1 hour.
The price of a taxi from the Main Station in Brno ranges between 450 and 550 CZK.
GDPR
Information on the processing of guests' personal data:
Based on EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as GDPR), we are providing you with information about the processing of guests' personal data in connection with your stay. This is data that you provide to the accommodation provider for registration in the guest book. The data is also used to fulfill legal obligations towards the Municipal Office, the Foreigners' Police and the Tax Office. We do not intend to transfer your personal data outside the EU or to any international organization. Providing personal data for accommodation purposes is a legal requirement, the subject is obliged to provide personal data based on § 3 odst. 4 zákona o místních poplatcích. If this data is not provided, it is not possible to accommodate the data subject or draw up an accommodation contract. You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority. European Data Protection Board, Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).
Purpose of processing: /Accommodation services/
The legal basis for processing, which is imposed on the accommodation facility by law or other legal norm – this is processing carried out on the basis of the legal reasoning referred to in čl. 6 odst. 1 písm. c) Obecného nařízení (GDPR), i.e. necessary processing. The accommodation provider is obliged to keep the registery of accommodated guests for a period of 6 years from the last entry.
Scope of personal data processing:
The following data is processed from subjects: name and surname, address of permanent residence or place of permanent residence abroad, ID card or travel document number, duration of stay, purpose of stay.
